If the vacuum pump absorbs a small amount of water, the air damper can be opened for 0.5-1 hours to observe whether the appearance of the vacuum pump oil improves and whether the vacuum degree continues to decrease. If the vacuum pump oil element is significantly improved after multiple replacements, the vacuum pump needs to be inspected.
2: The airtightness of the system has decreased, resulting in leakage. Find the leakage point, and after finding the leakage point, repair the leakage, replace the sealing ring or replace the valve.
