Problem 1: Unstable power supply voltage for freeze-drying machine
The working power supply voltage of Yetuo freeze-drying machine is 225 volts. If it deviates from the allowable voltage range, the compressor of the freeze-drying machine cannot work normally or even operate, which affects the operation of the equipment.

Problem 2: High indoor temperature

Solution: If the indoor temperature is around 28 ℃, users can open the back door of the condenser or open the room door to optimize ventilation and cooling conditions.

The indoor temperature is too low and not suitable for the operation of the freeze dryer. If the indoor temperature is below 9 ℃, the compressor oil of the Yetuo freeze dryer will become viscous, which can easily affect the normal operation of the compressor. Additionally, when the temperature is too low, the electronic components of the freeze dryer may be affected.
Solution: When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, other heating devices can be used to raise the ambient temperature and keep it above 5 ℃ and below 30 ℃.
Problem 4: Excessive dust in the environment
If there is too much dust covering the condenser and compressor of the freeze dryer, it is easy for the condenser to fail to achieve the condensing effect, directly affecting the performance of the compressor.
Solution: If there is too much dust in the environment, regularly clean the dust covering the compressor and condenser every month. To ensure that the equipment is not damaged, dust on the compressor, condenser, and pipelines can be removed using a soft bristled brush.
Problem 5: High environmental humidity
When the humidity in the environment is high, it is easy for electrical faults or short circuits to occur.
Solution: Use ventilation equipment or open windows for ventilation to reduce humidity.
