Precautions during the use of Shanghai Yetuo ultrasonic crusher
1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the Shanghai Yetuo ultrasonic crusher when the amplitude lever is not inserted into the liquid (empty load), otherwise it may damage the Huaneng device or ultrasonic generator.
2. When placing the instrument, it should be placed in a clean and dry place. Avoid humid, high-temperature, dusty, and corrosive gases in the surrounding environment, as they may have an impact on the instrument.
3. In the experiment, the amount of cell fragmentation, duration, and power required for various types of cells need to be determined by the user through further exploration based on different types of cells, and the most accurate value should be selected.
4. It is recommended to use short-term multiple pulverization, with ultrasound time within 5 seconds and intervals of less than 5 seconds.
5. After opening the generator casing, do not touch it randomly to prevent electric shock.
6. When there is a malfunction or protection indicator due to external signals, the protection indicator light will turn on and the instrument will stop working, prompting the staff to troubleshoot. After the fault is resolved, press the protection reset button to restore normal operation.
7. The value displayed on the power meter is related to the voltage, the depth of the amplitude rod inserted into the liquid surface, and the concentration and consistency of the crushed sample under load. If the amplitude rod is inserted deeper into the liquid surface and the load concentration is higher, the displayed value may be slightly smaller, and vice versa.
